HOW WE WORK
Healing begins in relationship - with ourselves, our bodies, and the stories we carry.

THE INTENTION & PRACTICE
TOGETHER WE’LL MEET YOU WHERE YOU ARE
My intention is to create a space where every part of you is welcome, a place where we move at a pace that honors your lived experience, your body's wisdom, and your unique needs.
I meet each client with compassion and curiosity, seeing them as inherently whole. Together, we'll explore the gentle dance between acceptance and change. Acceptance begins by meeting yourself where you are, with curiosity, compassion, and the presence to listen.
Change begins by bringing awareness to patterns that no longer serve and cultivating new ways of being that feel aligned with who you truly are.

THE BODY
THE BODY IS THE GATEWAY TO INTUITION
I believe the body is the gateway to intuition, an infinite source of wisdom that has always lived within you.
Through sensations, emotions, impulses, and felt experience, your body is constantly communicating important information about your needs, boundaries, values, and truth.
Learning to speak the language of your body allows you to move beyond understanding yourself intellectually and into experiencing yourself more fully. As you deepen your relationship with your body, you strengthen your capacity to trust yourself, make aligned decisions, and navigate life with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

TRANSFORMATION
FROM INSIGHT
TO EMBODIMENT
Insight is an important part of healing, but it is one step toward change, not the destination.
While understanding yourself can bring clarity, lasting transformation comes through lived experience. As you begin to embody new ways of being and moving through the world, healing moves beyond something you understand and becomes something you live.
Through intention, practice, and compassionate awareness, new neural pathways begin to form. Over time, what once required conscious effort becomes more natural, allowing new patterns of being to emerge that feel authentic, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.
Over time, my hope is that you come to know that you are inherently whole, that your body is a trusted guide, and that the wisdom you need to create a life aligned with your deepest truth has been within you all along.
A HOLISTIC BLEND OF PRACTICES
PSYCHOTHERAPY
FOUNDATIONS
Grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and existential-humanistic psychology, our work begins with creating a deeply attuned therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll bring awareness to patterns that have shaped your life, make meaning of your experiences, and create space for new choices that honor who you are.
SOMATIC
PRACTICES
Drawing from Somatic Experiencing® and trauma-informed yoga, we'll gently cultivate a trusting relationship with your body. Together, we'll learn to listen to its wisdom, honor its natural pace, and discover the guidance it has been offering all along. As that relationship deepens, you'll strengthen your capacity to navigate emotions, make aligned decisions, and discover the freedom that comes from trusting yourself, one moment at a time.
TRANSFORMATIONAL APPROACHES
Drawing from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental and Emotional Release® (MER), and Ancient Hawaiian healing practices (Hoʻomana), these approaches support the gentle release of patterns, beliefs, and emotional experiences that no longer serve you. Rather than fighting against old patterns, we'll approach them with curiosity, honoring the ways they once protected you while creating space for something new to emerge.
As old patterns begin to release, the wisdom within your experiences begins to emerge, allowing you to move forward without carrying the emotional weight they once held. Together, we'll reconnect with what matters most and create greater alignment between who you are, the dreams on your heart, and the life you're choosing to create.
YOUR OUTCOME
Ultimately, my hope is to support you in reconnecting with your body's wisdom, strengthening your capacity for self-trust, and remembering who you are. From this place, healing becomes less about fixing yourself and more about cultivating a relationship with yourself grounded in compassion, authenticity, and choice. As that relationship deepens, you begin living from a place of greater presence, freedom, and trust, bringing more of who you are into every part of your life.
